On their website, Alexandra Maria Linder, Chair of BVL, presents the new flag of the movement and invites all political, social, and church bodies and groups to fly the flag. According to her, the march is about “human dignity, for the right to life of every human being from conception to death, without restriction, without limitation, without arbitrary definition”.
CNE news reports that the BVL is expecting more participants than last year for their march. Alexandra Maria Linder expects that there will be a minimum of 6,000 participants next Saturday based on the booked buses that are booked to drive to Berlin. Last year there were almost 4,500 people present for the March. The march is the highlight of the newly instated ‘Pro-Life Month’, that the BVL is organizing. This month they have been organizing different campaigns and events. The route may change because of the counter-demonstrations that are expected in response to the pro-life gathering.
